Important Retreat Information

Please read the information below carefully then sign the form acknowledging you are aware of this information. INCLUDED with payment: Individual Cabin for 2 nights. 6 Meals - Friday night dinner at 5:30 pm, 3 meals Saturday, breakfast and lunch Sunday. 4 Healing Circles – including processing, guided relaxation, journal prompts. There will be cushions and chairs so participants can engage in what it best for their body. Retreat Grounds Use – Labyrinth, Cave of the Mothers, trails, Zen garden, community room, chapel, library. Community Meditation – Osage Forest of Peace has community meditations you are welcome to attend and engage in if you would like to. POLICIES REFUNDS: This payment is refundable, minus $50, if you cancel prior to May 9th, 2023. It is non-refundable if cancelled after May 9th, 2023 (unless we are able to fill your space with another participant. If another participant is able to replace your slot, you will receive a refund minus $50 as if you had cancelled earlier). COVID – We will be following any precautions requested by Osage Forrest of Peace at the time of retreat. Each person will have their own cabin with your own bathroom. Social Justice Pricing - Self determined rate between $350 and $850

The standard fee is $850. This retreat is priced on a scale to address systemic inequalities of class in our culture. Please consider your privileges, barriers, ancestry, access to money currently, and ability to make money in the future. Then choose based on what feels right for you. The rate you determine will be honored and not questioned. I encourage you to view the scale as $350 minimum, $850 standard. You can name your amount anywhere between $350 and $850 based on the the considerations above.
